Policy

Bellagio Nail Bar Policy

• Walk-ins or appointments are welcome. If you are expecting to be more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled & rescheduled.
• Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
• Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, any service / any infection, or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.
• All services are not refundable after service done
• We will not offer any refund or credit given because you have simply changed your mind.
• We have the right to refuse service to anyone being rude to our employees or to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
• As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
• If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.

Redo Policy

Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. We accept complimentary repairs for regular polish within 1-2 days. Acrylic/ Dipping Powder within 5 days, and Shellac gel polish within 7 days of the initial/ original service date. Also, all the repairs will be free repair with the original color of service only. If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service. We will not be responsible for any infected nails.

We will charge you for the cost of any repairs or replacements that we have to endure because of damages that happened outside of our salon. For example, if your nails or the finish of your nails are damaged (they are broken, chipped or starting to lift) we will charge you due to your own lack of care. (Our tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and will be presented for your inspections.

Promotion Policy
• Military promotion w/ military ID Only
• Seniors promotion only Monday
• Teacher promotion Only Tuesday w/ Teacher ID
• Wednesday only H-E-B worker only ( ID needed )
+ Thursday for college student only ( ID needed )
+ Happy hours cannot be combined with any other promotion.
*Promotion cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions, and only can be used on the day of promotion.*


PRICING Policy
The price of service and other charges are displayed on the price list, please make sure you know before service.

METHODS OF PAYMENT Policy
We accept cash. MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and all major credit cards will get an additional 2% fee from the card processing company.
All other forms of payments, including checks will not be accepted.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated.

GIFT CARD Policy
• Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.
• Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen
• We are not liable to redeem any gift cards that are presented for redemption after the expiry date.
• Gift Cards cannot be canceled
• All gift cards expired after a year of the purchase date.

CHILD SAFETY Policy
For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parents while in the salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. To respect our client's relaxation, please keep your children did not run around, yelling or crying.

PETS Policy
Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology has specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception.
